Considerate Constructors Scheme
- The project team will work to a strict code of construction practice, including measures to minimise dust, noise and impact on the local and wider community
- Pedestrian and cyclist access will be maintained throughout the project
- Access to all local properties will be maintained throughout this project
- The site has been awarded an excellent score of 36.5 out of 40 in the Considerate Constructors Scheme's independent annual audit
Environmental Initiatives
- The site has set a target of achieving a 5% reduction in CO2 emissions and waste sent to landfill
- Extensive landscaping with trees and planting upon completion of project
School and College visits

The project has provided funding for Active Ealing, to provide sportswear and transport for the Keep on moving West London club
Four new goal posts have been donated to John Perryn Primary School
Contributions towards Friary Park Community Centre's Get out of bed summer club and a new children's garden have been made
Safety presentations have been made at local schools
